Shipping Policy

We strive to deliver your hand-woven treasures as safely and quickly as possible across India and worldwide.

1. Processing Time

All "In Stock" orders are processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days. If you order a "Made to Order" piece, our weavers will require approximately 3 to 4 weeks to weave it specifically for you before dispatch.

2. Domestic Shipping (India)

We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid domestic orders. Once dispatched, standard delivery within India takes approximately 5-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our facility.

3. International Shipping

We ship globally. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight. Delivery times vary from 10-15 business days. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees imposed by the destination country.

4. Delays and Issues

While we partner with reputed courier services, transit delays due to public holidays, weather, or unforeseen logistical issues are beyond our control. If your tracking link shows no update for more than 72 hours, please reach out to us at support@utkaladitri.com.
